The charcoal burners come back to life in the village of Bondone
A plunge into history to discover the trades of the past: how was charcoal made in the mountain valleys?
Discover at the crack of dawn the history of Bondone and the tradition, still kept alive today, of its charcoal burners, through the tales of experts from MUSE (the Trento Science Museum) and the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
Experience the magical moment of lighting the "poiot", the artfully prepared charcoal pile which, burning under the watchful eyes of Dario and Mansueto, historical charcoal burners, will transform wood into charcoal in about 4-5 days.
Afterwards, you can enjoy a rich breakfast based on typical local products and a guided walk through the village of Bondone to discover the natural and cultural aspects of one of Italy's most beautiful villages.

In the event of rain, the experience will be rescheduled for 23 April 2024.
Booking compulsory by 5 p.m. on Friday 19.04.24.
The experience will be confirmed with a minimum of 1 participant.
TARIFF:
€ 20.00 per person (€ 10.00 up to 8 years old and free up to 3 years old).

The rate includes: lighting of the poiat by the charcoal burners, breakfast with local products and guided tour of the Borgo di Bondone.
