Simple hikes, interspersed with long breaks, within the reach of anyone in which four possible 'stations' can be tackled:
Life under the snow: observing and searching for vital traces in apparent suspension. Getting into the rhythm of nature by grasping the sense of the alternation of opposites.
Cold friend: making the winter cold our ally in overcoming fears and prejudices. Techniques for relaxation and developing 'inner warmth'.
The silence of snow: moments of listening and reflection on the value of silence in a noisy and chaotic society.
Land art: leaving light and harmonic traces of our passage using what Nature makes available to us to get in tune with ourselves.
PROGRAM:
10 a.m. meeting point at the Sanctuary of Madonna del Potere (Carisolo south).

€ 20.00 per person, minimum age 12 years.
