The gourmet restaurantsThe Michelin Guide has awarded two forks to the charming restaurant Il Convivio, at Madonna di Campiglio’s Hotel Alpen Suite, as well as to Ristorante Da Alfiero, a great spot for a romantic night out, to the Majestic Gourmet at Hotel Majestic Mountain Charme, and to Ristorante Due Pini, all of which serve locally inspired cuisine under the creative guidance of their talented chefs or the Cantina del Suisse restaurant, in the town's central square, an eco-restaurant with a wide selection of km0 and organic products, a strong combination of food, music and art.
In Pinzolo, we would like to point out the Rendenèr Alpine Food restaurant, a couple of minutes' walk from the centre, a perfect location for savouring traditional mountain flavours, revisited in a modern and creative key characterised by km0 products and local raw materials, and the renowned Rocol restaurant.
Not far from Pinzolo, in the nearby village of Giustino, the originality of Ristorante Mildas has also earned itself a two-fork ranking. This gourmet restaurant, located in a 14th century crypt with a modern dining hall, reinterprets Trentino tradition, serving up dishes that feature local delicacies such as polenta and the restaurant’s renowned pork shank.
