The secret fruits and herbs of Valdaone
In the beautiful and unspoilt Valdaone, a valley adjacent to the Valle del Chiese, there is a small house in the middle of the woods, surrounded by shade and silence: this is the Manoncin farmhouse. Here you can come into direct contact with the nature, peace and good food that characterise these mountain places.
During this experience, you will be welcomed with a non-alcoholic toast and taste some of the farm's typical products.
In the company of Ms Barbara, you will collect aromatic plants and small fruits, and discover their properties and the secrets for preserving them at their best.
May, June and July will be dedicated to discovering wild herbs; you will learn the techniques for drying them and prepare an aromatic salt with mountain flavours. In August and September you will go in search of blueberries with which to make a delicious jam that you can put on homemade biscuits.
The finished product will accompany you home where you will rediscover the flavours of Manoncin.

The experience will be confirmed with a minimum of 3 participants.

€ 15.00 per person (children aged 3 and over).

The price includes: guide, explanation, workshop, tasting of local products, final gift (jar of herb salt or yellow flour biscuits or blueberry jam depending on the period).
