From grazing to maturing... the secrets of cheese!
Get ready for an authentic and affordable experience, immersed in the beautiful Val d'Arnò, a wild Alpine valley full of natural wonders, pastures, mountain pastures, waterfalls and breathtaking views.
On a light and pleasant trek, you will discover step by step how the typical malga cheese is made. You will see the cows grazing, listen to the stories of those who work with passion every day, and follow all the stages of production, right up to the maturing of the cheeses.
And to end on a high note? A tasting of typical cheeses and zero-kilometre products, to truly savour the mountains with all your senses!

PROGRAMME:
9.00am: meeting point at Breg Adventure Park.
To follow: walk with tasting and return.
TARIFF:
€ 35.00 per person. € 25.00 for children from 1 January 2014.
Ask your establishment if it has an agreement, you can purchase the experience at a reduced price!
The rate includes: accompaniment by a mid-mountain guide, visit to the malga and tasting of typical products at km 0.

The event is not suitable for people with physical difficulties.

Free parking at the starting point.
The experience lasts approximately 4 hours. The programme may be subject to change due to organisational requirements.
Booking required by 5 p.m. on the previous day.
The experience can be booked online or at the Tourist Board's information office.
The experience will take place with a minimum number of 4 participants. Suitable for children over 7 years.
In the event of a cancellation of the experience decided by the organiser, the full cost will be refunded to the participants.
Cancellation is possible up to the preceding Saturday at 12.00 noon.
Necessary equipment: hiking shoes (no trainers), rucksack, sun hat, rain jacket, change of clothes, water (at least 0.5L), snacks.
