7.00pm: Meeting point at the Petar farm (Località Petar, 1, 38088 Spiazzo TN) in their rustic, but cosy, barn
7.30pm: Beginning of dinner. Simple dishes but with local and traditional flavors that you can enjoy while listening to the sounds of nature and pleasant stories that will take you back in time.

Welcome with:
House white wine, elderflower juice, skewers of goat meat
Starters:
Capuc (wild herb dumpling wrapped in vine leaves), salami, cheese, walnut bread with thyme-infused lard.
All accompanied by Solaris white wine from Il Petar Farm
Primo:
Canedarlo in “brò brusà”
Main:
Meatballs and “fasòi a bronzon” (country-style beans)
Paired with our Merlot made from dried grapes
Dessert:
Corn flour biscuits to dip in grape must
