The Cantón Bèrna Association of Vigo Rendena organises an event celebrating one of the best-loved dishes of the local culinary tradition: canederlo, a speciality that encapsulates the authentic flavours of the mountains.
PROGRAMME:
18:30: opening of the Palatenda
The heart of the festival opens with the palatenda, a large space where we will welcome you to start this special evening.
19:00: hors d'oeuvre with local cured meats and cheeses
We begin with a delicious hors d'oeuvre highlighting local produce, a perfect prelude to dinner.
Typical Dinner:
- Traditional canedarli: You can enjoy our famous canedarli prepared with malga butter, served in hot broth or accompanied by a rich goulash.
- Vegetarian canedarli: For our vegetarian guests, we have prepared a special version of canedarli.
- Apple strudel: The perfect dessert to round off dinner, a classic apple strudel.

20:00 - Performance by the Rhendena Klange Group
The evening continues with traditional music by the Rhendena Klange group, which will entertain us with typical melodies from our region.
22:30 - Performance by Articolo Trentino
The energy rises with the performance of the band Articolo Trentino, which will make you dance and sing until late into the night.
01:30 - Closing of the event
We will end this magnificent evening under the stars, saying goodbye with the promise to see each other again at the next edition.
Throughout the evening, there will also be the opportunity to watch demonstrations and activities celebrating our traditions:
- Butter-making demonstration: Learn how butter is made, an ancient art that comes alive before your eyes.
- Transformation from sheep to wool: A fascinating journey from raw material to finished product.
- Historical demonstration of lacemakers at bobbin work: Admire the skill of the lacemakers as they work on the bobbin, a refined and precious craft.
- Handcrafted violin making: Learn how these extraordinary musical instruments are made, directly from the hands of skilled craftsmen.
There will be various markets where you can buy local handicrafts and gastronomic products.
Don't forget that there will be a bar and sandwich service throughout the evening, to refresh and refresh you between dances.
