PROGRAM:
8:00am: Cheese competition made from Rendena cow milk.
Evaluation reserved for the competition jury at Caola Food - Mountain Sparkling Wine Room.
8:30pm: At Paladolomiti in Pinzolo, final phase of the competition, experts' presentations.
Presentation of participating dairies and farms.
Award ceremony for the winners.
9:15pm: The genetic history of the Dolomite valleys: 'The case (study) of the Rendena people and their cattle,' presentation by Dr. Paolo Ajmone Marsan (Professor of Animal Breeding at the Faculty of Agriculture of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Piacenza).
At the end of the evening, a small tasting of Rendena cheese.
