Imagine the scent of pine trees, the rustle of the wind through the trees and the thrill of putting your hands to pasta, just like in the old days. ‘Ricette di casa nel verde’ is a unique experience, designed for those who love authentic cuisine and contact with nature.
PROGRAMME:
11.00 a.m.: Meet at Pineta di Pinzolo, where you will have the chance to take part in a real interactive cooking show, dedicated to the preparation of traditional handmade potato ravioli.
Guided by an expert local cook, you will discover the secrets of recipes handed down from generation to generation: from the techniques for making the perfect pasta to the fillings rich in authentic flavours.
You will knead, stuff and create your own dish, with fresh and genuine ingredients, surrounded by the greenery and tranquillity of the forest. A moment of sharing, a return to the origins, but also great fun for adults, families and cooking enthusiasts.
12.30 p.m.: At the end of the show cooking you can taste what you have prepared.

Bookings close the day before the experience at 12 noon or when the maximum number of participants has been reached.
The experience can be booked online. The initiative will take place with a minimum number of 2 participants.
The show cooking will be held in Italian.
In case of cancellation of the experience decided by the organiser, the full cost will be refunded to participants.
