Val d'Arnò is a wild alpine valley full of hidden treasures, waterfalls, high peaks, alpine pastures and some “geological wonders.” So what better place to discover how cheese production takes place in the alpine pastures, from grazing cows to tasting wheels? In fact, you won't be able to miss a nice tasting at the end of the trail with the different malga cheeses produced on site and other local products!
