Welcome: House white wine, elderflower juice, and goat meat arrosticini (skewers) Starters from the Territory Capuc — wild herb dumpling wrapped in vine leaves, artisanal salami, local cheese, walnut bread with thyme- infused lard. All paired with Solaris white wine from Il Petar Farm Winery.
First Course: Canedarlo in "brò brusà" (a rich, dark broth with bold flavor)
Main Course: Meatballs and fasòi a bronzon (country-style beans) Paired with: House Merlot, made from dried grapes
Traditional Dessert: Corn flour biscuits to dip in grape must
