THE LITTLE GEMS OF THE DAONE VALLEY
In the beautiful and unspoiled Daone Valley, a valley adjacent to the Chiese Valley, there is a little house in the middle of the woods, surrounded by shade and silence: it is the Agritur Manoncin. Here you can come into direct contact with nature, peace and good food that characterize these mountain places. During this experience, you will be welcomed with a non-alcoholic toast and you will taste some typical products of the farm. In the company of Barbara and Miriam, you will collect aromatic plants and small fruits, and discover their properties and the secrets for preserving them at their best. May, June and July will be about discovering wild herbs; you'll learn techniques for drying them and prepare an aromatic salt with mountain flavors. In August and September you will go in search of blueberries with which to make a delicious jam that you can put on homemade cookies. The made product will accompany you home where you can rediscover the flavors of Manoncin.
