How to get the Card if you're staying in a participating hotel facility
The hotel will send you the code of your DoloMeet Guest Card via e-mail, which also includes all the services of the Trentino Guest Card. With the DoloMeet Guest Card you can then obtain the Dolomeet PASSion.
Your Card, in 5 steps:
1. book your stay in one of our facilities;
2. receive a card code - or, if you haven’t received the email or text, ask your accommodation manager - and enter it into the Mio Trentino App;
3. Download the Mio Trentino App from the App store and sign up;
4. enter your card’s alphanumerical code into the App;
5. use the card from the day you arrive until the day you depart, and remember that the card is valid for anyone staying with you in the same establishment, including minors.

If you want to include the use of the ski lifts in your DoloMeet Guest Card, transform it into a Dolomeet PASSion directly from the Mio Trentino App by following the steps indicated.
If the facility you’re staying in isn’t participating in the project, you will still receive a Trentino Guest Card (no asterisk) and you can purchase a DoloMeet Guest Card at the price stated on the price list.
