The Casa da Mont Zia Mariota Zeller, a portion of a cabin particularly suitable for singles or couples, is the right choice!
The property is divided into two levels:
- Ground floor: kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dining room with fireplace.
- Upper floor: double bedroom, extra bed in the anteroom, bathroom with shower (without bidet).
- Outdoors: un-fenced garden with deck chairs, table, umbrella, and portable gas barbecue.
USEFUL INFO:
- Dishes, cutlery, and linens are included;
- Water is available from the public aqueduct; hot water from a gas boiler;
- The house's electricity is supplied by an off-grid photovoltaic system with a storage battery, offering a sustainable and low environmental impact experience. The available energy ensures a comfortable stay but encourages conscious use, especially in bad weather. The use of large appliances is not permitted, but a small hairdryer is available in the bathroom for daily needs;
- External mobile coverage is not guaranteed;
- Heating system is not available. To stay warm during the cool evenings at the beginning/end of the season, the fireplace can be used.
LOCATION
The cabin Zia Mariota Zeller is located at 1,300 m above sea level in a quiet place, not too isolated, about a 20-minute drive from Tione di Trento in Trentino.
The last 400 meters of road must be traveled on a one-lane concrete road, steep (a certain skill in mountain driving is required) (see photo). Alternatively, it is possible to leave the car in the parking area at the end and continue on foot for 5 minutes.
In a maximum of 50 minutes by car, you can reach major tourist destinations such as: Pinzolo Madonna di Campiglio Dolomites, Lake Tenno, Lake Garda, Lake Molveno, and Lake Idro.
