Located in a central yet quiet area of Tione di Trento, the five holiday apartments managed by Chiara are brand new and available to guests starting from February 2024.
Two apartments, “Elisa” and “Chiara”, located on the ground floor with separate entrances, are situated within a new and modern entirely green structure. They comprise a spacious living room with a two-seater sofa bed and kitchen, visible wooden beams, a loft, a double bedroom, and a bathroom, and are equipped with every comfort. Full kitchen with all appliances and a washing machine in the bathroom. Both have ample well-fenced outdoor space (for potential pets) and a reserved parking space.
The other three apartments, “Moretta” (which depending on needs can offer additional accommodation with an independent entrance for two people in the dependance “Moiepiane”) and “Zeller”, are all located on the ground floor in a historical Liberty-style building from the 1900s. They have retained large windows and the spaciousness of the rooms after complete renovation. Comprised of a spacious living room with a two-seater sofa bed and kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Full kitchen with washer-dryer in the bathroom. Reserved outdoor parking space. For the "Moretta" apartment, there is a large garden shared with the "Chiara" apartment.
Tione di Trento is an alpine village located at 600 meters above sea level and offers tourists artisan shops, supermarkets, and a hospital. It is the crossroads of two cycling paths connecting the Brenta massif to Lake Idro. The village is in a strategic position to easily reach renowned locations such as:
- Madonna di Campiglio (29 km) and Pinzolo (16 km) in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites;
- Val Genova (16 km), the main access point to the Adamello Brenta Natural Park;
- Riva del Garda (36 km) with Lake Garda;
- Molveno and its alpine lake (33 km);
- The capital Trento (31 km) with one of the most beautiful historical and museum centers in Italy.
