The recipe for genuine products lies high up in the mountains. The practice of pasture grazing dates back centuries: in our mountains, the cows can breathe freely and graze on real grass, which is what gives our dairy products a taste you’ll recognise from the first bite, packed with naturalness and authenticity.
The places that have become symbols of this thousand-year-old tradition are the malghe, or Alpine dairies, buildings of wood and stone that have long welcomed and provided shelter to shepherds and wanderers in the mountains.
