Training Park - Madonna di Campiglio

The Training Park is a training facility near the Graffer Hut at Grostè. It allows you to practise using the Artva device in a variety of scenarios, from searching for one person to more complex scenarios for searching for several signals. The training park allows 1 to 5 of the 10 permanently installed transmitters to be activated simultaneously and randomly.

The camp is open every day and you can get there by cable car Grostè, by skiing or hiking along the marked trails that lead to the Graffer Hut. You can also get to the camp on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (from 17th December 2024 to 3rd April 2025) by following the ski slopes during the opening of the night-time ski mountaineering track.

You can access it on your own or with the help of an experienced mountain guide.
You can get a free Ortovox self-rescue kit (Artva, probe, shovel) at the Graffer Hut.
The Training park is a great chance for anyone who wants to gain experience in the field, focusing on using emergency equipment and the basics of searching for the people involved in the avalanche.
