Nardis Falls

Description
Together with the Vallesinella falls, the majestic Nardis falls as you enter Val Genova are certainly among the most famous of the Adamello-Brenta Nature Park and can be photographed directly from the base of the falls themselves.
Access
By car.
From Carisolo (Pinzolo), roughly a kilometer after the bridge over the Sarca in the direction of Madonna di Campiglio, turn left to Val Genova and follow the road past the dam. After crossing a narrow bridge, you will see the falls on your right. Park on the left at the restaurant across from the falls.

Season
All year round. When the road is open in late winter (check first) for beautiful effects created by the contrast between snow and water. During the thaw (April) for the amount of water flowing over the falls.
Time
Due to their position and formation, the falls are almost never in direct light, although lighting is generally always good. As such, they are suited to a range of photographic interpretations, such as by heading up briefly to the left or near the bridge. Vertical shots are the most popular.
