From Carisolo or Caderzone Terme to Malga Campo, a spot with a beautiful view of Cima Presanella. From here, trail no. 230 crosses the right side of Val Genova to a dale and the pastureland of Malga San Giuliano (with a fantastic view of Care Alto). The trail then descends to the lake, where there is a chapel and the lodge. Not far from here, there is also Lake Garzone, which has been separated from the other lake by moraine and other debris. From here, the view is truly spectacular.
