Exciting tour to find out the several Val Genova waterfalls, up to "piana di Bedole" area (1.584 m), a majestic glacial amphitheatre at the foot of the Lobbie and Mandrone glaciers.
From the parking lot in the area of Antica Vetreria, cross the bridge over the Sarca River and take the trail to the right, following the signs for “Cascate Nardis” (Nardis Falls). The trail will soon be interrupted by a narrow dirt road. Here, keep to the right and continue along the dirt road. Follow the signage of the park across bridges and other wooden and stone walkways as the trail, which is suited to all levels, takes you on a journey to discover the natural wonders of Val Genova. This itinerary can also be done in sections, and the return trip can be done in the summer months by taking advantage of the park’s shuttle bus service.
We recommend you a break in one of the many welcoming refuges of the valley. The tour becomes shorter if you take the shuttle bus along the main paved road. Ask about the shuttle bus timetable and the Val Genova transports before setting off.
