Baita Boniprati

Our Kitchen has a modern and up-to-date vision of the Trentino tradition with the use of many local products. It is important for us to enhance the quality of our territory. In some cases we combine important national ingredients with Trentino products.

We have a restaurant menu with 4 appetizers, first courses and main courses. In the menu there are always both traditional dishes dedicated to guests who come from a little further away and some dishes for our guests from the Territory who want to discover famous recipes but revisited in Trentino.

We also have the Trentino Cloud. What is it? It is our invention and it is a dough between the Roman "Pinsa" and the most famous Neapolitan "Pizza" but revisited with Local ingredients. Our base is a special dough with White Flour, Buckwheat Flour and Storo Yellow Flour. All three flours are from the Val del Chiese di Agri 90. The dough is made with sourdough and beer. Round shape like the classic pizza with an average diameter of 28 cm and a net weight of the base without the condiments of 240-260 grams.

STRENGTH:

The strength of the mountains and nature surrounds us. The Baita Boniprati in the heart of the Boniprati plateau in the Giudicare valleys offers a comfortable base for your holidays in the mountains. We are in a unique valley that, far from the most important tourist circuits, offers an authentic experience.
