The Rifugio 5 Laghi becomes "Baita Natalia".
Since this Winter 2023, Baita Natalia is the name I have chosen to give this refuge the personality of a place that is close to my heart and full of history. It was built by his grandfather Raffaele and his uncle Natale Vidi, mountain guides and ski instructors from Madonna di Campiglio, and has been handed down from generation to generation.
This is the "house on the mountain", as it is called in our parts, of Natalia, my mother.
Natalia lived here, raised a daughter and created a family with her husband Augusto. He has become a reference point for many! In fact, friends and not, they pass by to have a chat with them, eat a slice of his fantastic cakes, feeling at home.
Natalia has taught me a value that is very important to me, which is Attention to detail. This characteristic has always been reflected in the choice of products and raw materials we use for cooking.
To date, Natalia and Augusto have carried out a family-run business based on traditional Trentino cuisine and our family tradition.
From thisyear the Baita Natalia, in addition to maintaining its strong roots, will offer a restaurant service "à la carte", with traditional dishes, cared for, genuine, simple and fast, where you can enjoy your ski break, pampered and in tranquility, replacing the entire self-service.
In addition, on the outside I introduced a great novelty: the Kebby Kiosk! A small kiosk whose name is that of our cat, our mascot, where you can eat our "fast good" dishes: classic and international, from simple hot dogs to more ethnic and particular proposals.
