Rendenèr Alpine Food is located a couple of minutes' walk from the centre of Pinzolo and is the perfect location to savour the traditional mountain flavours, revisited in a modern and creative way. All the dishes designed and proposed by Thomas Beltramolli, the young owner of the restaurant, and Chef Simone Ubaldi, are characterised by km0 products and local raw materials, but with a touch of quality and refined originality.
