In this kitchen you can enjoy excellent Trentino specialties, ranging from classic but tasty canederli, made only with bread, alpine milk and good Trentingrana, to strangolapreti. For the greediest, even a rich appetizer mixed with the chopping board, perhaps to be enjoyed on the way back from some walks along the mountain trails. The assortment for dinner is also excellent, strictly based on the local food and wine tradition. The internal rooms have a capacity of about 30 people, the external spaces of 75 and the terrace is also very large, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the nature that surrounds you.
