The fountains of well-being
In the small village of Caderzone Terme, two days of wellness and training, to concretely experience the Breath of Water and of our cells: in a Place that offers five ancient granite fountains, fed by cold spring water, guided by the author and founder of the HOT mind Method Andrea Bianchi, we will learn Kneipp practices, of conscious breathing and meditation integrated with each other, and we will take an evening bath in the fountain preceded by a sauna, at the Borgo Salute structure, according to a special hot-cold cycle.
Water is the source of Life, it is what, together with Breath, we cannot miss even for a moment: we are Water in every single cell, for billions of cells, for billions of years.
Thus, in collaboration with the Borgo Salute of Caderzone Terme, the Fountain Bathing experience was born.
A certificate of participation will be issued for a total of 6 hours of training and experience.

PRICE:
With an overnight stay: € 240.00 per person, including: one night in a double room at Palazzo Lodron Bertelli - historic 15th century palace inside Borgo Salute (supplement for double single use: € 20); dinner on Saturday evening (drinks and wine not included), brunch on Sunday morning, entrance to the sauna for the hot - cold cycle and 6 hours of workshop with certificate of attendance.
Without accommodation: € 175.00 per person - including: Saturday evening dinner (excluding drinks and wine); Sunday morning brunch; entrance to the sauna for the hot-cold cycle and 6 hours of workshop with certificate of attendance.
Possibility (on request) of 1 night extension in a hotel at € 75.00 (double room + breakfast).
