Big orienteering event
Numerous participants will take part in the 5 Days of Italy, a very important orienteering event to be held in Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo.
The orienteering athletes, equipped with a topographical map (and a compass, which is not always necessary) start off running on foot at one-minute intervals from each other; they must complete their route in the shortest time possible by reaching all the “lanterns” (checkpoints that guarantee the accuracy of the route) marked on the map and scattered along the way.
