Mountain lodges, sites for seeing
Sites for seeing
“I believe that mountain lodges are not just a point of arrival or of departure for a hike, or a point of access to a climbing route. I believe that they must, first and foremost, be a place in which to celebrate seeing, by which I mean the act of looking at and admiring something truly spectacular.”
This definition of a mountain lodge is that of Alberto Bregani, a popular Italian photographer, specialized in black-and-white mountain landscapes, as well as a writer and the creator and coordinator of the Dolomiti PhotoPark.
