One of the most popular routes for ski mountaineering in the Valle del Chiese: rewarding and with amazing views over the Adamello Range and the Brenta Dolomites.
This is easy identifiable and very popular route. The uphill stretch is quite easy and rewarding, because of the great panorama from the summit. The views sweeps from Mount Adamello to Mount Carè Alto, from the Brenta Dolomites to the Ledro Pre-Alps, with the Baldo Range in the background, and finally to Mount Bruffione and Mount Re di Castello. The beautiful downhill portion is uninterrupted and easy, just the perfect conclusion to this hike, which can be done either on touring skis or snowshoes.
For experienced hikers, a night hike could be a quite exciting chance to enjoy nature without any light or noise pollution. This route is also perfect in the summer, as it connects with other trails marked on site and with World War I sites.
