Who is the workshop for
The workshop is for anyone wishing to experience wellness in contact with natural elements and learn easy breathing practices useful for everyday psycho-physical relaxation. It is also particularly interesting for holistic practitioners, yoga teachers, therapists, as well as environmental and hiking guides, and students of deep ecology.

We will be guests in an ancient village, at the historic 1400 Lodron Bertelli Palace, a 4-star hotel that combines timeless charm with a health and wellness-focused management inspired by Ayurvedic principles.

Saturday 7/9
3:00pm: Participants gather and introduction to the HOT MIND method and the planned activities.
3:30pm - 6:00pm: Kneipp practices and conscious breathing in the fountains of Borgo della Salute.
7:00pm: Dinner at Palazzo Lodron Bertelli.
Sunday 8/9
8:00am: Participants gather at the Borgo Salute spa.
8:15am - 11:00am: Hot-cold cycle with sauna and fountain bath.
