Agricultural company specialized in the production of medicinal plants for the herbal market, production of herbal teas, honey and pollen, dried fruits and vegetables, processed.
Nathan Zimbaldi's farm was founded in 2019 in Borgo Chiese, Trentino, from his passion for medicinal plants and their cultivation.
After graduating from the "Giordano Dell 'Amore" Agricultural Technical Institute in Vertemate with Minoprio and having obtained a three-year degree in Herbal Science and Technology at the State University of Milan, Nathan moved to Trentino: the ideal place to start growing different species of medicinal plants for the processing industry of the herbal, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food sectors.
The crops are divided into different municipalities of the Valle del Chiese: from the fields of Echinacea in Darzo to those of Perilla in Storo, up to Cimego where Epilobio grows.
The harvested product is dried using an innovative low temperature system that keeps the active ingredients intact.
Using the same technique, the production of officinals is accompanied by the drying of seasonal fruits and vegetables, perfect for both classic recipes and new culinary philosophies related to wellness.
There is also an apiary on site for the production of honey and pollen.
STRENGTH:
The harvest is carried out by hand at different times of the year based on the vegetative cycle and the balsamic time of each cultivated species.
