Milk from the Upper Val di Sole turned into quality cheeses.
Presanella Dairy collects the milk produced by the farmers of Alta Val di Sole and with care and dedication transforms it into high quality cheeses, in total respect of nature and ancient local dairy traditions. It is associated with the Trentingrana Consortium and the social dairies of Trentino, as well as the Federation of Cooperative Consortia of Trento.
It offers a production of recognized and renowned quality: Trentingrana, Trentingrana with malga milk garrison slow food, local, old grandfather Franz, Fontal.
