The Roccati family's long tradition of craftsmanship began in the early 1900s with the pastry experience gained at the Royal House at the Savoy residences of Venaria Reale and Rome. After opening the workshops in Senigallia first and then in Bologna, Madonna di Campiglio is also chosen as the headquarters of the chocolate shop! Among the many Roccati specialties, the many interpretations of Gianduja stand out; refined solutions that combine chocolate and Langhe hazelnuts, as in the best Piedmontese tradition. Diamond tip of the varied praline is the "truffle", an exclusive reinterpretation of the Gianduja truffle, much appreciated by customers.
