A dairy in a top location.
In summer, 240 hectares of mountain pastures at altitude in the splendid setting of the Brenta Dolomites – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Adamello-Brenta Natural Park – surround our historic hut owned by the Regole di Spinale and Manez and are home to about 60 selected animals. The cows, the undisputed protagonists of Montagnoli, produce the milk that is then immediately processed in our adjacent Dairy.
At the Dispensa del Montagnoli you can find our cheeses, butter, ricotta, yogurt and other organic products: from fruit compotes, herbal teas, to the selected flour mixture for Polenta. Out of hours, however, the products can be purchased by contacting the bar directly.

All products are homemade in the Dairy within the Malga and have the Trentino di Malga certification.
