The "Rifugio Brigata Lupi di Toscana" is located in the Ecomuseum of the Valle del Chiese "Porta del Trentino", a stone's throw from the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, and owes its name to the glorious Brigata Lupi di Toscana that fought here in the Great War. Over the years it has been a reference point for hunters, mushroom hunters, skiers and "morra" players who found in Uncle Settimo a hard bone to beat. Today it attracts for the cuisine of Tullia, very good at preparing polenta with roe deer, deer, shin, roast with walnuts, mushrooms, risotto with blueberries or "radic de ors", gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, charcoal and potato polenta and many other local specialties. The restaurant was awarded in 1994 with the "Piron d 'oro" and reported by "L 'Italia del Gambero Rosso".
